PRODUCT RETURNS/EXCHANGES Products may be returned within 30 days
of receipt. All unused, undamaged, or defective products, except for custom
stamps such as notary seals, may be returned for a full refund, or the
value may be applied to an exchange for the same or other product(s).
All stamp returns will incur a 15% restocking fee for returns or exchanges.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable. To return/exchange a product,
please send the product, along with a brief note explaining the reason
